What made you want to pursue modeling?
I have always had a passion for fashion, art, and creativity. During high school, I discovered my love for being part of visual representation, whether through dance, clothing, or any other visual medium. After working in data analytics for four years, I realized my true calling lay in the creative industry. Modeling encompasses everything I enjoy and brings me happiness.
What do you do for fun?
I have many hobbies: roller skating, sewing and crafting, baking, dancing, reading, thrifting, and I'm currently exploring video gaming, which has been very fascinating and fun to learn!
Why did you not pursue modeling before now?
The opportunity to pursue modeling never presented itself before. I grew up in small towns, lived a sheltered life, and joined the Air Force right after graduating from high school. It wasn't until recently that I decided to pursue modeling and my husband's encouragement really helped put that decision into action. Now, I have the chance to pursue it as a career, and I don't want to miss out.
What type of model do you want to be?
I have not had a consultation yet to see where I fit in the industry, but I would love to pursue fashion and editorial modeling. Walking in a couture fashion show is one of my many goals!
Who is your favorite designer?
My current favorite designer is Roberto Cavalli. I particularly loved his Fall/Winter 2024 collection and admire his use of prints, patterns, and mix of materials, as well as the flowy nature of his creations. Although I'm new to the industry and have limited exposure to designers, I'm excited about the prospect of meeting and collaborating with designers.
